Private Parties

THE PRIVATE PREMIERE PACKAGE (ADULT OR CHILD PARTY):

Private Premiere Packages are for groups of a minimum 30 and maximum full auditorium size (depending on location) or can be reserved in the absence of Private Movie Party availabilities for any size group at Private Premiere Package rates.
The party can choose a New Release Movie (title the theater is currently playing and/or scheduled to play) OR choose a DVD/Blu-ray (party must provide copy to play on the big screen).

The Private Premiere Package must be reserved as a full bundle reservation (movie rental fee + food & beverage party premium + private room/party space, where available).

Private Premiere Package rental fees:Base Rental Fee For Parties Before 12:00PM (7 days/week): $300 + premiums below.
Base Rental Fee For Parties After 12:00PM: $400 + premiums below.

Food & Beverage Premium for Private Premiere Package (mandatory):$12 / per person for 2D ticket + Kid’s Pack or Small Adult Combo.
Pizza and other hot food items from the Bow Tie kitchen are available to purchase for parties at most locations. Outside food is not permitted besides birthday cake (in party room only).

Party Room/Party Space:$100.00 for one hour before or after your movie, based on availability. Anything in the party room must be provided by party such as paper goods and décor. A birthday cake can be brought in and enjoyed ONLY in a party room. Other restrictions may apply.

Party Room/Party Space is only available at select theaters: Movieland 6 (Schenectady) and Movieland Blvd Sq (Richmond).

Please include final details such as desired date, time, movie, party size and party package. Note: You are NOT confirmed until you receive a party confirmation via email with your itinerary.

We do not guarantee movie titles at certain locations or showtimes, as BTC does not own the material being provided and only the studios producing the movie can control new release dates and bookings.

We do not reserve/book parties for the holiday weekends of Thanksgiving and Christmas. Thank you!
